What is Coaching?
Coaching is a practical, problem-solving approach to helping people move forward in all areas of their lives. The aim is to achieve goals and ambitions as well as to bring about sustained behavioural change.
The process starts with establishing what your current circumstances are and deciding what you would like to change about them. Then the coach supports you in planning and carrying out the changes that you want. Along the way, you will learn straightforward strategies for dealing with life’s hurdles.
